About the League of Water Savers
Who knows more about water-saving behaviors than your appliances? Turns out, they’re the experts, which is why they've banded together to create The League of Water Savers to help you Save the Water. The League has tons of water saving tips and tricks to help you become a Water Saving Champion. They can even save you cash by getting you information on how to get rebates on water-saving appliances. See The League's appearances around Thornton.

MEET THE LEAGUE OF WATER SAVERS
sprinkler headsSprinklers: While they aren't the brightest of The League members, the Sprinklers have power in numbers. They're always there to remind you to only water two days a week and split your watering time into three shorter cycles. But, they're a rowdy bunch, so you’ll want to keep them in line by checking them regularly for leaks and misalignment. And remember, they’re your fair weather friends, which means that when it's windy or rainy, it's best to keep them off.

hoseHose: The Hose is able to navigate his way all around your yard, and he knows where the culprit of most yard water waste lies – mid-day watering. Suppress your hose’s grief by only watering before 10 am or after 6 pm.

toilet Toilet: You may have a water-wasting Water Hog or Bogart in your bathroom now, but The League has a water-saving toilet on their lineup. That means instead of the 3.5 gallons per flush most old toilets use, he only uses 1.6 gallons per flush. Find out how to get rebates when you get a water-saving toilet of your own.

dishwasherDishwasher: If you ever have trouble starting your dishwasher, it may not be broken, it may just be telling you, in its own way, to only run it when it’s full.

front load washing machineWashing Machine: He may only have one eye, but even he can see when water is being wasted. By using a water-efficient washing machine you could be saving up to 13 gallons of water per load. Find out how to get rebates when you get a water-saving washer of your own.

faucetFaucet: Your faucet may be more high maintenance than you think. Whether doing dishes or brushing your teeth, make sure when you aren’t using the water, the faucet stays off. Otherwise, you might “accidentally” get sprayed.
