In an effort to reduce costs and paper, Thornton no longer mails paper bills. If you haven’t already, please take one of the following actions to ensure you do not miss receiving a bill:
Find information, instructions and create an online on the city of Thornton’s Utility Billing page. (ALERT: This is different than the WaterSmart Account above that helps you track your water use)
